How to Install the Luggage Cargo Rack: 1. Turn the key anticlockwise to open the lock cover. 2. Push out the plastic cover. 3. Loosen the screw for 2-3 rounds. 4. Pull out the bracket to a proper position. 5. Loosen the screw anticlockwise. 6. Install on the longitudinal bar and tighten the screw. 7. Tighten this screw to fasten the feet bracket. 8. Push in the plastic cover. 9. Lock the plastic cover with the key.
